Grand Hotel - Kochi

a) Spacious room, great food, excellent location, quiet front windows

a) Slow service, issues with cleanliness, lack of attention to details

The executive queen room with breakfast included, facilities worked for us. Only 15 minutes walk from Mharajas College tube station.

Appreciated Kochi, the hotel was comfortable in the centre of city. This venue was set in a very central area next to the best attractions, the train station and the ferry to Fort Cochin, and the market area. And it's at a walking distance from Restaurant natural food, ate there once or twice. Got a sensational breakfast included.

Staying at grand was fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city on mg road. The front desk team was amazing, our quick check-in and luggage handling. The spacious room was an absolute delight to relax in, just what we needed after our travels!

favourable and ideal location in market area, near to even places like kochi marine drive, and the centre. neat room itself with a dressing table, mini bar and a 3 seater couch.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything was perfect here - accommodating staff and beautifully maintained rooms. The rooms with breakfast included.

Good option in Ernakulam. Near an atm and within walking distance to the tourist ferry port for the boat to the Old Cochin. The in-house restaurant is excellent for dinner but underwhelming for breakfast.

The beautiful room was generously spacious and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the central location, as it allowed easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Service could be improved.

Probably the best option for those tired of roads and trains. Welcoming attitude, attentive staff, charming place. Late check-out free.

Water from the shower was all over the floor of the bathroom. Shower curtains too short

I am staying in the same hotel past 10 years , when ever visiting cochin and they stay and food is very excellent

The room furnishings could use a facelift!!! The towels appeared overly worn, and my request for a late check out was ignored initially. Attention to room cleanliness details needs improvement!!!

The room was big ,bed was comfortable and the bathroom was neat and clean. Very presentable.

Tv connection was bad. It keep going off. Aircon (temperature) control not reliable. Breakfast was boring and did not look presentable. The most import thing to take note: mosquito. My hand and face were full of marks. All that front desk could say well its a common thing in Cochin. But this is not my first stay Cochin but certainly my first mosquito experience. I would not likely go back to this hotel or even recommend.

It is located in th heart of the city and is also relatively cheap.

The breakfast variety and quality was much below my expectation. Also, this time it costs me much more than expected.
